| 1 | Providing all labour, materials, and executing the complete revamping works of Architectural Lab into CoE Lecture Hall and Conference Room including Civil, Electrical, HVAC, Lighting, PA System, Data & Networking and UPS works, complete in all respects as detailed below and as per the BoQ enclosed in Annexure III:: Civil Works: Glass partitioning with doors and fixtures, false ceiling systems (open cell, mineral fibre acoustic, channelled wooden perforated panels, baffle ceiling, metal ceiling), wooden flooring, interior painting, waterproofing to toilets, sanitary fittings, etc., complete as per NIT. Electrical Works: Basic electrical installations including supply and installation of luminaires, sockets, wiring, and accessories as per standards. Design Supply Installation Testing commissioning of Luminiers solution (light fittings only, wiring and control switch included in the electrical work schedule) for the CoE building as per the desirable requirement furnished in Appendix 1 (On award of work order the proposed Design with detailed item schedule with rate must be required to furnish and approved by EIC of NITC before execution of agreement for the work). Design Supply Installation Testing commissioning of comprehensive HVAC solution including thermally insulated duct, indoor and outdoor AC unit with occupancy based cooling control etc in complete including electrical wiring from power DB (which is available at the same floor) to the AC and duct unit and drain pipe as applicable for the CoE building as per the desirable requirement furnished in Appendix 2 (On award of contract the proposed Design with detailed item schedule with rate must be required to furnish and approved by EIC of NITC before execution of agreement for the work) Supply Installation Testing commissioning of 10kVA UPS installation including battery support, desirable requirement furnished in Appendix 3 (On award of contract the proposed UPS specification and data sheet must be required to furnish and approved by EIC of NITC before execution of agreement for the work) Design Supply Installation Testing commissioning of PA system solution for the CoE building as per the desirable requirement furnished in Appendix 4 (On award of contract the proposed Design with detailed item schedule with rate must be required to furnish and approved by EIC of NITC before execution of agreement for the work) Note: The work is to be executed on a percentage rate basis over/under the total estimated cost of Annexure III BOQ. Detailed designs, drawings, and item-wise BOQ with rates for DSITC components shall be submitted by the contractor and approved by the Engineer-in-Charge prior to execution.
