| 1 | Repairs to Snow Cat-05 has been framed to cover all essential mechanical and electrical restoration works required to eliminate heating issue of the engine. The job involves demounting of the radiator assembly and water body followed by thorough cleaning and washing using proper tools and skilled manpower. Major cooling-system components including the thermostat valve, water body, fan belt, hose pipes, and coolant are proposed for replacement. Further, critical gaskets such as the engine head gasket, silencer gasket, and air-cleaner jali are included to address existing leakages and performance issues. Minor welding works on the blade, foot-rest support, and air-cleaner housing are also envisaged. The estimate also includes complete electrical rewiring of the machine, replacement of defective connections, fuses, and installation of two new lamps, along with testing to ensure proper functionality. Additionally, necessary miscellaneous consumables such as washers, nuts/bolts, Anabond sealant, and cleaning materials have been provisioned as required during the repair. | 1 | job |
| 2 | Replacement of Gear Oil: This includes draining of old/contaminated gear oil from the differential housing, rear axle assembly and gearbox of the Snow Cat. The job involves opening the drain plugs, allowing complete discharge of used oil, cleaning of magnetic plugs and filler ports, checking for metal debris, and refitting the plugs with new washers (where required). Fresh OEM-recommended grade gear oil is then filled to the specified level. The work also includes inspection of seals for leakage, ensuring proper lubrication of all gear components, and testing for smooth gear shifting after refilling.
