| 2 | Dismantling and cutting of existing C-section channel members on both sides of the chassis, wherever necessary, for facilitating the removal and refitting of the clutch unit assembly. The work shall include careful cutting of the chassis channel sections, preparation and dressing of cut edges, removal of obstructing portions, and making the chassis suitable for refitting of the clutch unit assembly. After refitting of the clutch unit assembly, rejoining, alignment and structural strengthening of the chassis frame by providing and fixing suitable channel sections on the inner sides and steel plates on the outer sides, including cutting, shaping, drilling of holes, proper positioning and fastening with suitable nuts, bolts and washers. The work shall further include ensuring proper alignment, rigidity and stability of the repaired chassis frame and carrying out all necessary allied fabrication and fitting works, complete in all respects. | 1 | Job |
