| 2 | Taking down ceiling fan/Exhaust fan /wall monted fan/pedestal fan of any make and sweep,cleaning externally and internally. Stripping out the fans, examine the unserviceable spares/ burnt winding by testing, cleaning and lubricating bush/ bearings. Refixing the fans in same position after necessary repairs/ servicing including carring out the replacement worn out parts, body covers, screws, spilt pins nuts condensor and flexible wire copper conducter from ceiling fan to ceiling rose etc complete all as specified and as directed.
