| 2 | Note: (i) Inspecting the plant system and carry out preventive maintenance as per the standard practice six times on alternate months in a year. (ii) Checking the BMS, DDC Panel with internal items in DDC, 3 Way Valve for hot and chilled line, Actuator for hot and chilled line, wiring and software calibration etc. of BMS and ensuring healthy condition of the plant. (iii) Checking the system for any problem in auto operation properly and rectification of unsevicieability if found with healty test result. (iv) Taking set of readings and evaluating to ensure satisfactory performance of the plant during First month of each quarter. (v) Checking the Refrigeration control system in respect of of BMS for operation and adjusting the settings if required. (vi) Checking the functioning of BMS and its accessories. (vii) Cleaning and servicing of each BMS items six times in a year (at each visit on alternate months) if found unseviceable than replace it without any extra cost. | ||
| 3 | (viii) Overhauling/repairing of the components of the equipment at site or in service station as and when required. (ix) Checking of the DDC Panel with internal items in DDC, 3 Way Valve for hot and chilled line, Actuator for hot and chilled line, wiring and software calibration etc. of BMS for its proper functioning and repair/ replacement of the same if found necessary. (x) Attending to the plant immediately when called upon. (xi) Attending to complaint / breakdown calls whenever required. (xi) Reporting the healthiness of BMS and suggesting improvements if any complete with providing item wise Quotation details if required by deaprtment all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. (xiii) Contractor shall depute qualified experienced team for comprehensive annual maintenance as specified in CA. If any defects arise or serviceability of BMS is effected in between the periodicity of checking, contractor shall depute his team immediately for rectification on intimation. If contractor fail to send his team for rectification action, the penalty of Rs.5000/- per day for delay beyond 48 hrs of intimation by Engr-In-Charge shall be imposed. (xiv) A report duly sign by user and MES rep to be submitted for every visit carried out without which payment will not be claimed by the contractor. |
