| 1 | Providing Comprehensive EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) services for structural and aesthetic upgradation of the Main Building fa ade, including preparation of detailed architectural designs and drawings based on the conceptual plan provided by NITC; structural design and stability assessment of the existing structure; detailed engineering drawings; technical specifications; quantity surveying and preparation of BOQ; safe demolition and removal of existing fa ade elements without affecting the operational integrity of the building; debris disposal and site preparation; design, engineering, fabrication, supply and erection of RCC structural fins/frames or other suitable approved structural systems; provision and installation of aluminum/GI sub-framing systems; supply and installation of contemporary, lightweight, weather-resistant and durable cladding finishes aligned with the approved conceptual design; provision of structurally designed cantilever drainage gutter with proper waterproofing and rainwater discharge mechanism; SITC of premium category exterior fa ade lighting systems including long-through multicolor lighting and associated electrical components as per conceptual drawings, including wiring, drivers, control systems, integration with building electrical network, weatherproofing; integration of internal and external services; testing, commissioning and handing over complete in all respects, including all materials, labour, tools & tackles, machinery, scaffolding, safety measures, statutory approvals and compliance, as directed and approved by NITC. Makes of any material to be executed or supplied has to be approved by NITC and in compliance with the conditions of the NIEOI. Also has to be of the premium category and fa ade final finish has to align with contemporary standards. Rate should be quoted so as to fulfil all the activities mentioned as scope in this NIEOI document following the instructions of the Engineer-in-charge at NITC.
