For horizontal wiremanagement - Wire Tray with integrated power box. Access flap shall be provided. Switch plate of (8 plus 3 Anchor Roma) module shall be considered for Power and Data points. Support brackets of 3 mm thk HR shall be welded on top surface of Leg for fixing top. WORKSURFACE : Works surface shall be made of 25 mm thk prelam particle board with flat pvc lipping edge banding of size 900 mm w x 600 mm d. PARTIAL SCREENS: Fabric Screen of 300mm ht shall be mounted on studs. This screen shall be made of block structure (3mm thk MDF board plus batten made of 12mm thk MDF board plus 3 mm thk MDF board, E1 grade as per EN 13986) Honey comb block shall be used to fill in the void space. Groove of 3 mm shall be provided on the periphery. This groove shall be accommodate the fabric pasted on either side to be tucked in and allow a PVC Flexible T-Mould to give a clean edge. The Fabric screens shall be upholstered with Hot-melt glue.MODESTY : Lazer cut perforated Metal modesty Metal modesty shall be mounted on the worktop with the help of the modesty mounting brackets Modesty should terminates at 400 mm from ground. HIGH ESILIENCE (HR) POLYURETHANE FOAM:The HR.polyurethane foam should be moulded with density = 45 plus 1-2 kg/m3 and Hardness load 16 ± 2 kgf for 25% compression. HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT: The manual height adjustment should be available. It should be easily locked at the most comfortable position. PEDESTAL ASSEMBLY: The five-prong pedestal should be fabricated from 0.2 ± 0.02 cm thick HR sheet( should be : DD 10791 HR ), powder coated ( OFT 40-60 microns )and fitted with an injection moulded black Polypropylene Hub Cap and 5 nos. twin wheel castors. The pedestal should be 55.0±0.5cm pitch-circle diameter (65.0±1.0cm with castors). TWIN WHEEL CASTORS: The twin wheel castors should be injection moulded in Black Nylon. Over all size shall be Width- 65.0cm, Depth- 65.0 cm, Height- 66.0cm to 77.5cm, Seat Height- 45.0 to 56.5cm. Complete in all respect with prior approval of EIC. | 28 | Nos. |
