Procurement of poly polythene Bags of size (9’ x 6’). Stacking of the filled poly bags in beds of size 1m width x length of the plot in straight alignment Transplant/Sowing of the fresh seeds/pricking from superior source/mother trees/ mother beds of the specifically required species instructions of officer incharge. After the required presowing treatment as per the advice of the technical staff. Preparation of plots before raising of polybag plants in said Nursey (earth work in leveling & dressing of bunds, spreading of mulch sheets / polythene on plot bed) Species to be raised as per directions of this officer incharge. The cost of seed procured by Department shall be deducted from the tendered amount. Part B The work shall include nursery maintenance uphill March 2028. | 5000 | Nos |
| 2 | Nursery Raising: Part-B The work shall include nursery maintenance uphill 15-03-2028. Maintenance of raised seedlings till 15-03-2028 (Payment to be made FY 2027-28) as per quoted rates • “Resowing of seeds in failed polybags to be supplied including cost and labour as per the ordered quantity • Care of new germination including shade/thatching whenever required • Regular weeding in polybags including disposal of weeds • Cleaning of bunds and interspaces of plots and beds and all nursery area on daily basis including disposal of weeds in a way to keep them always free from any weeds/grasses for hygiene purposes. • Irrigation of plants as per requirement from available irrigation facility including that by water tankers to be procured from market incase of shortage of water in irrigation source of nursery and also incase of fault in motor pumps (whose maintenance and running and POL expenses shall be liable on contractor within the maintenance cost ) • Cost of diesel/petrol/electricity, their repair/renovation and maintenance for running motor pumps for irrigation. • Maintenance cost shall include maintenance of nursery equipment including motor pumps/irrigation channels/pipes/valves/sprinklers whenever required. • Cost of seed/cuttings/transplants required for sowing/resowing/ transplant • Shifting and grading of polybags as per requirement as directed by supervisory staff Dressing of bunds/boundaries of plots/paths including general nursery maintenance and use of chemical /physical/biological methods to keep the plants and nursery free from any sort of disease and insect and animal/bird attack | 5000 | Nos |
