    1 PART - A (SUGAULI) : Providing Services of Variety & Quality Checker at Mill Gate, Sugauli as per below mentioned and attached tender document:
    2 SERVICES FOR CROSS-VERIFICATION OF CANE VARIETY & QUALITY AT MILL GATE: • The contractor shall provide services for checking and cross-verification of cane variety and cane quality at the Quality Control Point located in the Mill Gate Yard during the Cane Crushing Season 2026-27. • The services shall be provided in all three (03) shifts of 8 hours each, with a minimum of one (01) manpower in each shift, on all days, including Sundays and holidays, throughout the crushing season. • The contractor shall ensure proper coordination and deployment of adequate manpower to fulfill the requirements of smooth and uninterrupted cane crushing operations. The contractor shall provide efficient and experienced manpower in each shift to carry out the entire assigned job to the complete satisfaction of the HBL Officer-in-Charge. • In the event of any loss to the Company arising due to unsatisfactory services, negligence, or failure to perform the assigned duties properly by the contractor, the amount of such loss shall be recovered/debited from the contractor. The decision of the HBL Officer-in-Charge in this regard shall be final and binding on the contractor. • The rate shall be quoted on a lump-sum per-day basis, excluding fooding and lodging. • SCOPE OF JOB: AS PER ATTACHMENT-1 150 Days
    3 PART - B (LAURIYA) : Providing Services of Variety & Quality Checker at Mill Gate, Lauriya as per below mentioned and attached tender document:
