| 5 | Supply of BIS approved LED street light luminaire with system power 120W ( 5Percent ) , available in Natural White color temperature (4000K 355K as per ANSI C78:377A), CRI70, SDCM<3, LEDs used should have a life of 100,000 burning hrs. & Lumen maintenance as per L90. The Luminaire System efficacy should be of 160LPW. LED Luminaires must be equipped with high efficiency preprogrammed time-based one-time factory set smart dimmable driver, registered for Street Lighting under BIS- CR Compulsory Registration Scheme. The fixture housing must be Made of LM 6/ADC 12 PDC Aluminum housing for rapid thermal management & Powder coated by Corrosion resistant Nano coating powder coating process. Proper technical quality documents for Nano-Technology powder coating should be submitted by OEM compulsorily. Luminaire must have a Ingress protection of IP66 and Impact Resistance of IK08 for housing and optical impact to be IK 09. The fixture should have an UV stabilized, Injection moulded special PC cluster lens optics ensuring low glare & best in class uniformity. Light Engine PCB should be Metal Core PCB made of high grade Al 5052 with 70-micron copper thickness & 2 W/mK thermal conductivity for better thermal maintenance for light Engines. The Luminaire must have thermally Isolated Driver and Optical compartments separated by natural air gap for efficient heat management and to ensure sustainable operation with dual air cross conductivity. Luminaire must have OEM logo embossed / engraved on housing and optical lens compartment both. Driver must be placed in a separate hingeable bottom openable compartment which is replaceable in the field condition with minimum Tools. The light engine should have suitable secondary optics to deliver desired light distribution to meet the illuminance criteria. The Junction temperature of LED shall be < 85 degree Celsius. The luminaire must have Integral encapsulated high efficiency electronic driver having a Aluminum extrusion housed construction with a wide rated voltage range of 90-305V, Driver efficiency >90Percent , power factor > 0.95, THD < 10Percent . The luminaire dimension must be with in (L: 568 ; W: 192 ; H: 92)mm with maximum tolerance of 5Percent and luminaire nett weight should be at least 3.25 K.g or more. OEM should submit own NABL accredited test reports along with technical bid certifying for above mentioned operating test reports. The driver must be compatible with Inbuilt surge protection of 6KV and upgraded with integrated IP67 protected SPD of 20KV/10KA surge protection within the driver compartment. Driver should be equipped with all necessary safety protection like mis-wiring, Over voltage, Short circuit, Reverse Polarity protection, Input Under Voltage cut-off at 85V & Input Over Voltage cut-off at 320V with Auto recovery feature,440V Withstand for 8 hours. Light fixture should have rated Operating Temperature should be -10 deg to + 55 degC with a relative humidity of 10-95Percent RH. Luminaire performance & Safety :IEC 60598, IS 10322-5, IS 161-03/05/06/07, Surge : IEC 61000- 4-5, EMC : EN 55015. IES, LM 79, LM 80, & TTC certificates should be provided from OEM's own NABL accredited lab along with the tender compulsorily. The BIS of luminaire should carry own manufacturing facility of OEM. Dedicated vendor / sub-vendor facilities are not accepted. Manufacturers should have their own NABL accredited testing laboratory for EMI-EMC test, Vibration compatibility test, Salinity spray test, wind load pressure test, IP / IK test, in house powder coating facility, in house casting plant, robo-photometric laboratory and in house driver manufacturing facility, SMT line in India. The BIS of luminaire should carry own manufacturing facility of OEM as per the same manufacturing address mentioned in factory license address. Dedicated vendor / sub-vendor facilities are not accepted. OEM should have own manufacturing facility for quoted LED fixtures in India which should be functional for last 10 years and should have dedicated official team for after sales and service support based out of Gujarat. OEM should have their own manufacturing facility in India for the supply of quoted street luminaires. Importing fixtures from abroad and rebranding in India is strictly not allowed. The quoted lights should have at least 80Percent components manufactured in India. Factory license India of manufacturing unit for OEMs must be submitted during tendering. Companies considered in quote, their place of manufacturing and affidavit that percentage of component of fitting manufactured in INDIA must be submitted along with the tender in softcopy and hardcopy. Luminaire housing bringing from land of border and branding in India and selling (except LED chips & driver) will be out rightly rejected. Certificate of country origin of Products need to be given in the tender. Lighting manufacturer or country of ORIGIN of manufactured Lighting should not be Land of Border or should not be manufactured by direct or indirect by land of border origin company in India. Official undertaking with proof certifying OEM's lighting sales, design & service maintenance office presence in Gujarat must be submitted. Manufacturers should have Certification pertaining to product Design Registration, CE certifications, ROHS compliance, BIS certificate for drivers and luminaires respectively. The bidder shall submit an OEM Authorization Certificate issued by the eligible manufacturer along with the tender submission to establish the authenticity and validity of the offered products.
