| 1 | For Terrace Waterproofing (i) Surface Preparation Remove existing membrane from slab surface. Clean the surface thoroughly using a water jet pump. Ensure the surface is completely dust free. (ii) Crack Treatment For hairline cracks, open the cracks and fill with suitable crack filler powder. (iii) Remove defective plaster.(Wherever required)Approx 10% of total area Remove all loose and unsound plaster. Apply one coat of acrylic bonding agent mixed with cement slurry as a bond coat. Refill the prepared area by placing shrinkage-compensated, pourable micro concrete for filling damaged slab portions (iv) Waterproofing Treatment Providing and applying first coat of acrylic bonding agent mixed with water and cement in the ratio 1:2:5 (Bonding Agent : Water : Cement) as a slurry coat over the prepared surface. Laying 45 GSM fiber mesh uniformly into the wet slurry. Applying second coat of acrylic bonding agent with cement slurry in the same mix ratio to fully embed the mesh. Allow drying for 3 6 hours between coats. Providing and applying two coats of single-component, acrylic-based, ready-to-use waterproofing, and UV stable coating system over the prepared surface, ensuring uniform coverage and proper curing. | 2 | Expansion Joint Treatment 100 mm gap (i) Removal & Surface Preparation Remove existing joint filler and all loose material from the joint. Open joint edges neatly to achieve a uniform groove. Clean thoroughly with compressed air or water jet to remove dust and debris. Ensure substrate is dry and free from oil, grease, or laitance. (ii) Joint Preparation with Filler Provide and place a closed-cell, lightweight, flexible expansion joint filler made of extruded polypropylene foam. Ensure correct placement to control sealant depth and thickness and provide a firm base. (iii) Sealing with Adhesive and Tape System Provide and apply a two-component, solvent-free, thixotropic epoxy-based structural adhesive evenly over the joint edges. Provide and fix centrally over the joint a high-performance, flexible joint sealing tape made of modified polyolefin / synthetic elastomer sheet, with elongation capacity of 600%, resistant to water, UV, and chemicals. The tape shall be bonded on both sides with the epoxy adhesive, with proper overlap and finish, complete as directed. Make: Upgrade, Fosroc, or equivalent approved make. | 150.00 | RM |
