| 1 | Important Notes (applicable to the entire work): 1. The bidder must possess valid EPF & ESIC registration. 2. The bidders need to deposit EPF & ESIC with appropriate authority. The reimbursement for EPF & ESIC deposit shall not be made. 3. The payment of wages to labourers should be made through bank 4. The bidder must possess sufficient manpower & other resources (as detailed in SGF) required for the timely completion of work. 5. Bidders are encouraged to visit site to understand the intricacies of the work before quoting. 6. It is mandatory to obtain police verification of the personnel to be deployed at site from Office of the Superintending of Police, District Indore before they are allowed to work at site 7. The scope of work also includes conducting water tightness test on the roof of the AHU room near the SCRF building. This involves simulating rainfall using a dedicated pump and tank assembly to verify the integrity of the rainwater drainage system against infiltration.The cost of water tightness shall be included in the overall cost of work . Bidders shall quote acordigly. 8. The work at SCRF building is to be carried out at a height of 13m aproximately from ground level. necessary arrangement shall be made to carry out the work at height. | ||
