| 1 | Structure Waterproof and Fire Retardant International made Hangar with Aluminum structure having a span of minimum 50mtr. (bidders, who have minimum 50 mtr. hangar structure may only apply) in width with waterproof and fire-retardant sheet (Copy of the certificate to be attached) should be strong enough to sustain high speed wind/rain pressure. The hangar structure should cover stalls (3x3 mtr.) having passage of 3 mtr. (at least) in between the line of stalls with entry and exit gate. Double ply wooden platform or platform on jack of 4”-9” height made with 19mm thick hard board and bed supported with providing 2”x2” wooden batons in properly leveled having no undulation, create no sound on using and covered with brand (*) new printed laminated carpet (two colour, one for stall (grey colour) and other printed carpet for passage/open areas). In addition to the above, Hangar structure should have the following items: (i) 6 Glass doors in each hangar (for entry & exit gates) (ii) 500 ceiling fans in all hangars (iii) Ceiling and walls of each hangar from inside should be covered with multi-colour cloth/printed fabric. Colour pattern to be approved by NBT (Image Attached at Annexure-XVIII). (iv) Entire Hangar structures & food court area should be surrounded by Tin Wall with saffron color/White cloth (neat and clean) wall (3 sides for hangars except front side and for food court to be covered from all sides except Food Court Gate) (v) 150 Mojo Iron Barricades (Height 4 ft. x Length 6ft.) with wheels should be provided one day before start of the Book Festival. (vi) 15-20 Multi power sockets in food court. In addition, Fire retardant Certificate with validity to be attached with tender document. The flex/branding of the book Festival may be affixed/provided on the Hangar structures (Stall Hangar structure and Auditorium Hangar structure should be as per the designs mentioned at Page No._____) as per the details given below: 1. Branding on both sides (i.e. front & back side of hangars) in triangular shapes) and the side walls (i.e. left & right panel of the entry & exit gates) of all Hangars (as per the images at Branding-1 & Branding- 3 of Hangar Image). 2. Branding on the Roof of each Hangar Structures (50mtr. x 50 mtr= 2500 sq. mtr.), as per the image at Branding-2 of Hangar. 3. Branding on Pillar at the main entry. 4. Decoration of Entry Point of the structures with flowers/artificial flowers in consultation with Festival/Officer In-charge (If required). The design of the Gates should be provided by the vendor for finalizing by the Festival/Officer In-charge. Note: Designs of all branding will be provided by NBT. Note: All branding should be on Iron Frame except roof branding). * Kindly note that international made hanger should be neat & clean (Dry cleaned) before putting up for installation. Note: the entire food structure design/specifications should be shown in the 3D format during the Digital Presentation In case the Auditorium is required to be constructed outside the Hangar structure, the wooden platform with brand new printed laminated carpet (as per the specification mention below) is also required in the Auditorium. *Providing & laying on hire basis a brand new printed laminated carpet, non-woven needle punch carpet of genuine fiber minimum overall weight 1000 gm/ sgm (+ 5%) having minimum 3.90 mm thickness preferable containing 375 gm polyester fiber or equivalent fiber (+ 5%) and the carpet should not loss the thickness more than 25% after 1000 impact and of required shades & laying with approved adhesive or double side tape wherever required etc. as per the direction of Officer-In-Charge, I/C covering with polythene sheet till the inauguration of a Festival. In case of Dew factor, Contractor should cover the entire structure of the Hangars with waterproof tripal/polythene to avoid damaging of books. Please Note: Apart from the above, the entire Hangar structures along with all Stalls/Pagodas should be covered with Fire Retardant/Prevention Solution Spray to avoid any incident to be occurred due to fire. A certificate of the authorized agency(s) of the concerned State for the above work is also required to be submitted to the Officer In-charge of the Festival a day before start of the Book Festival. | Sq. | 2 | Stall: Size 3m x 3m: Fabrication of stalls should be covered from three sided with Maroon/Orange & customised octonorm panels (size 3.3 ft. x 8 ft.) and should have maxima gate with maxima style fascia bright finished with computerized vinyl pasting of the fascia names in English or Hindi and Marathi Language (with flag numbering as per the image shown at Annexure–V), each with preferably octonorm system of Maroon/Orange colour in each stall: a). 9 MS shelves of size 96”x8.5” with 2” depth duly powder coated in white colour. b). 9 LED light (each of 9 watts). c). One octonorm table for counter (with vinyl pasting on front side, design & size for the same will be provided by the NBT). d). Two black cushioned chair with arms. e). One multi socket with 5-15 Amp power points for computer & other Accessories. f). One 20 litr. mayur jag with cold water (Bisleri/Kinley) on per day basis or 04 litr. drinking water bottles (four) on per day per stall basis (Bisleri/Kinley) . g). One new Dustbin (10 ltr) h). One kannat/ curtain of good quality of size 3.5mx3m size with provision of proper hanging system for covering/ closing the stall after the Book Festival timing. i). The kannat/ curtain should be made available to the participants a day before start of the Book Festival. Additionally a 4mtr.x4mtr. Polythene is also to be provided in each stall to cover the books. Laying & fixing of brand new printed laminated carpet (*) in the entire passage of Hangar Structure including the stall area is to be done by the contractor | Qty. | |

Electrical fitting with bulb (preferably rechargeable or emergency LED bulb of approx. 20 watt) for sufficient light in toilet area as well as way to toilets (each separate for Ladies and Gents).
