| 1 | Providing and executing of comprehensive Pest Control treatment and Anti termite treatment for the eradication and control of common crawling pests and termites (including cockroaches, red and black ants, silverfish, spiders, and drain flies, and termite) across specified indoor and peripheral areas. Scope includes thorough inspection of premises; application of odorless, non-staining, WHO/CIB-approved gel bait (Fipronil / Imidacloprid base, Chlorpyrifos 20% EC or Imidacloprid 30.5% SC) in sensitive areas such as electrical panels, under desks, and inside cabinets; residual chemical spraying (using synthetic pyrethroids like Deltamethrin / Cypermethrin emulsion) along all wall-floor junctions, skirting boards, drainage outlets, cracks, and harborages, wooden furnitures, doors, windows and surrounding areas of the Hostel buildings; inclusive of all labor for sliding and moving of furnitures, chemicals, safety gear, spray equipment, contractor overheads, profit, and applicable taxes (GST). The four services shall be carried out in one year on a quarter basis. The work shall be done upto G+3 floors and, the rooms having visible termites on wall shall be done with injection grouting of that rooms and in other room spray shall be done. Note: 1. The payment shall be made on the basis of Plinth area only. 2.There should be Minimum Four services in every Three month Interval. 2. Certificate of completion of Treatments shall be submitted by the agency in every service.and duly verified by the Engineer in charge confirming satisfactory completion of respective treatment. The all certificate shall be submitted by the agency at the time of security release after completion of liability period of One year. | 6623 | sqm |
| 2 | Providing and carrying out comprehensive anti-fungal treatment and disinfestation/pest-control treatment in laboratories, rooms, surrounding areas and other affected internal and external locations,, including treatment of walls, ceilings, floors, corners, cracks, crevices, concealed areas, entry points and drainage chambers. The anti-fungal treatment shall include surface inspection, rubbing/cleaning and removal of visible fungal growth, application of suitable approved anti-fungal/fungicidal chemical treatment and subsequent preventive treatment to control recurrence of fungal growth, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The disinfestation treatment shall cover crawling and flying insect pests such as cockroaches, mosquitoes, flies, silverfish, red and black ants, spiders, lizards and other nuisance pests, by suitable methods including spraying, gel application, baiting and spot treatment. Suitable approved insecticides/formulations such as Beta-cyfluthrin 2.45% SC, Deltamethrin 2.5% SC, Malathion 50% EC, Alphacypermethrin 10% SC, approved pest-control gel and other suitable formulations shall be used as applicable to the target pest. The dosages indicated for different chemicals shall be considered standard/reference dosages only and may be suitably increased or adjusted, wherever required, depending upon the severity of infestation, site conditions and effectiveness of treatment, strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, approved label instructions and applicable statutory requirements. The rate shall include the cost of all anti-fungal chemicals, insecticides/pesticides, cleaning agents, gels, baits, materials, labour, transportation, spraying equipment, tools and tackles, PPE, safety arrangements, cleaning of treated surfaces, inspection and necessary re-treatment, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The treatment shall be carried out bi-monthly (once every two months) for a period of one year, i.e. six treatments, with anti-fungal treatment and pest-control treatment carried out as required based on the condition of the affected areas and site requirements. Note: 1.The plinth area of the building shall be considered for measurement and payment. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of all materials, chemicals, labour, equipment, transportation and other incidental works required for completion of all six treatments. 2.Certificate for Completion of Treatments: The agency shall submit six (6) duly certified Work Carried Out Certificates, one for each scheduled bi-monthly treatment, duly verified and certified by the Engineer-in-Charge, confirming satisfactory completion of the respective treatment. | 1250 | Sqm |
