Scope also includes but is not limited to design, engineering, procurement of materials, inspection, Testing, fabrication, installation, painting and supply of LNG equipments as mentioned below:- | 1 | Lumpsum |
| 3 | 1) 2 No. 56 KL capacity double-walled vacuum insulated / multi layer super insulated cryogenic LNG storage tank along with all associated equipment piping, instruments and control system & valves. NOTE:- Design, Detail Engineering, Fabrication, Assembly, Painting, Inspection, Hydro Testing at works and Leak testing, Packaging, Transportation and unloading at site along with foundation bolts and all required comissioing spares, Installation as per tank spacing requirements and commissioning of Double-walled pearlite in vacuum insulated/multi layer super insulated cryogenic LNG STORAGE TANK of capacity of 56 KL along with all necessary PRV/SSV controls, instruments and other accessories as specified in attached data sheet, system design basis and process flow diagram. GAIL Logo, Heading on Tanks {GAIL GAS LIMITED} and capacity description. NOTE:- 1) Tank shall be std. features with top/bottom fill lines. 2) Tank should be dual saftey relief system. 3) Stainless steel primary valves along SS piping. 4) Stainless steel vent stack to suitable height with flame arrester requirements as per OISD/PNGRB/PESO norms. 5) Tank MAWP should be 12 kg/cm2-g & design pressure at 18 kg/cm2-g. 6) Durable, Epoxy Based, Polyurethane Finish painting as per standrads suitable for cryogenic applications. 7) vaccume jacketed piping system 8) Pneumatic emergency shut off valves. 9) Tank size should be approx. (H-11.5mtr.* D-3.2 Mtr approx.), however vendor shall suitably size the tank capacity based considering with vapor volume fractions accordingly. 10) LNG filling line, Vapor return line & a recirculation line with adequate instrumentation should be consider. 11) In case of non-availability of flare system, the discharge from safety valve shall be vented to atmosphere at a safe location minimum at an elevation of 3 meter above the nearest working platform for effective dispersion of hydrocarbons as per PNGRB/PESO guidelines. 12) Tank should be designed as per ASME SEC-VIII Div. I/ EN13458-2/ PED/NFPA-59A/NFPA-11 & other inetrnational code & certified by CCOE 13) Epoxy Based, Polyurethane Paint Finish as per paint specification suitable for cryogenic vessel application. 14) The Liquefied Natural gas is stored at about 159 C to 168 C. LNG tanks are required to be designed to ensure proper liquid retention, gas tightness, thermal insulation and environment safety. | ||
| 4 | 2) 2 No. LNG UNLOADING PUMP HAVING CAPACITY OF 350 LPM VERTICAL CANNED TYPE FOR LNG UNLOADING FROM TANKER NOTE:- Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Fabrication, Assembly of all pressurized pipeline & piping including with liquid phase, gas, vent, Nitrogen purging & instruments line as per OEM & other std. engineering specification Painting, Inspection and Testing at works, Packaging, Transportation and unloading at site, along with foundation bolts, Installation & Commissioning of following FLP Electric Motor driven LNG PUMPS along with all necessary accessories as specified in data sheet, system design basis and process flow diagram. 1) FLP Electric Motor with VFD driven LNG PUMPS along with all necessary accessories as specified in data sheet, system design basis and process flow diagram. 2) LNG unloading skid with 2 nos. of LNG unloading pump (1 working + 1 standby) which will unload LNG from road tanker to storage tank with minimum 350 LPM flow and approx. 8 10 bar (g) differential pressure of LNG (or as required). 3) The unloading skid shall have centrifugal pump suitable for LNG service and shall have a return line for tanker. 4) Supply of SS LNG unloading hoses including with vapour return line hose at LNG tanker unloading bay for connection of LNG tanker to unloading pump skid having design temperature range from -196 C up to +50 C. 5) It also include Supply of SS LNG unloading hoses, cryogenic breakway coupling, insulation flange, hose fall arrest stand post, Dry cryogenic coupling along with with vapour return line hose if required at LNG tanker unloading bay for connection of LNG tanker to unloading pump skid having design temperature range from -196 C up to +50 C. | ||
| 5 | 3) 2 No. LNG TO LCNG HIGH PRESSURE PUMP HAVING CAPACITY OF 35 LPM HORIZONTAL RECIPROCATING PUMP NOTE:- 1) Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Fabrication, Assembly of all pressurized pipeline & piping including with liquid phase, gas, vent, Nitrogen purging & instruments line as per OEM & other std. engineering specification Painting, Inspection and Testing at works, Packaging, Transportation and unloading at site, along with foundation bolts, Installation & Commissioning of following FLP Electric Motor driven LNG PUMPS along with all necessary accessories as specified in data sheet, system design basis and process flow diagram. 2) FLP Electric Motor with suitable VFD driven LNG PUMPS along with all necessary accessories as specified in data sheet, system design basis and process flow diagram. 3) LNG HP pump skid with 2 nos. (1 working + 1 standby) which will convert LNG to LCNG with 35 LPM flow and approx. pressure of 240 255 bar (g). 4) The LCNG pump skid shall have reciprocating pump suitable for LNG service and shall have a return line for tanker. 5) Supply of SS LNG hoses including with vapour return line hose at pump skid having design temperature range from -196 C up to +50 C if required. |
