| 2 | (A) Operation, control and management of light system Operation, control and management of whole sound system of Girish Mancha with utmost care and sincerity by engaging two (2) light operator (skilled) having sufficient technical knowledge of concerned field for the term of three years. Monthly minimum wages as notified / revised time to time by the Labour Department, Govt. of West Bengal will be paid. The present rate of minimum wages vides order No. 30/Stat/14/RW/24/2023/LCS/JLC dtd. 22.06.2026 of Labour Deptt. is furnished below : Each Light Operator (Skilled) : Rs. 12,777/- (for 26 days) [ Daily :491/-]. For duty on weekly-off days, double of the daily rate will be paid. Beside minimum wages, EPF (Employer’s contribution), ESI (Employer’s contribution), bonus@ 8.33% will be paid as per rule in vogue. (B) Control & management of auditorium Usher Control and management of ushering of Girish Mancha auditorium with care and sincerity throughout the stage show by engaging five (5) Usher (Semi-skilled) having knowledge of concerned field for the term of three years. Monthly minimum wages as notified / revised time to time by the Labour Department, Govt. of West Bengal will be paid. The present rate of minimum wages vides order No. 30/Stat/14/RW/24/2023/LCS/JLC dtd. 22.06.2026 of Labour Deptt. is furnished below : Each Usher (Semi-skilled) : Rs. 11,615/- (for 26 days) [Daily: 447/-]. For duty on weekly-off days, double of the daily rate will be paid. Beside minimum wages, EPF (Employer’s contribution), ESI (Employer’s contribution), bonus @ 8.33% will be paid as per rule in vogue. (C) Darwan-cum-Gatekeeper Darwan-cum-Gatekeeper of Girish Mancha auditorium with care and sincerity throughout the stage show by engaging one (1) Darwan-cum-Gatekeeper (un-skilled) having knowledge of concerned field for the term of three years. Monthly minimum wages as notified / revised time to time by the Labour Department, Govt. of West Bengal will be paid. The present rate of minimum wages vides order No. 30/Stat/14/RW/24/2023/LCS/JLC dtd. 22.06.2026 of Labour Deptt. is furnished below : Each Darwan-cum-Gatekeeper (un-skilled) : Rs. 10,558/- (for 26 days) [Daily: 406/-]. For duty on weekly-off days, double of the daily rate will be paid.. Beside minimum wages, EPF(Employer’s contribution), ESI (Employer’s contribution), bonus @ 8.33% will be paid as per rule in vogue. Only Monthly service charge in percentage on total billing amount of monthly wages including EPF (Employer’s contribution), ESI (Employer’s contribution), bonus @ 8.33% as derived by aggregating amount of work (A), (B) and (C) above is to be quoted.
