| 2 | Fabricating and constructing two steel parabolic viewing deck above the existing Thalasseri sea pier originating from the existing promenade level. The larger deck to be in the shape of a parabolic arc with an arc length of minimum 150meters and a uniform width of 4 meters and a smaller viewing deck inside the larger one which is also in the shape of a parabolic arc having a minimum arc length of 80 meters and a uniform width of 3 meters . Both the walkways to be designed with a gentle slope of 1:20, Larger one extending to minimum 45meters and smaller viewing deck extending minimum 20 meters ,perpendicular to the promenade towards the sea as cantilevered .Both the parabolic viewing Deck should be designed in such a way that keeping the existing Thalasseri sea pier as the axis of symmetry . All supports and foundations shall be anchored at the existing promenade level, which falls under Zone II of the Coastal Zone Management Plan (CZMP). The design will ensure structural stability and safety and compliance with all relevant coastal regulatory guidelines. Both decks are to be constructed using marine-grade stainless steel, ensuring corrosion resistance in a coastal environment. The walkway surfaces will be designed using a combination of chequered plate and laminated structural glass (or equivalent material) to balance aesthetics, safety, and durability. In addition, Marine friendly material type lighting and electrical fixtures has to be installed to create a visually appealing ambiance, particularly during evening hours, thereby enhancing the overall experience of the viewing deck for visitors. | 1 | No |

Electrification Works: Installation of lighting and electrical fixtures to create a visually appealing ambiance, especially during evening hours, thereby enhancing the promenade's attractiveness. Seating Arrangements: Provision of well-designed seating areas at regular intervals to offer rest spots for visitors and improve overall comfort. Temporary Gazebos: Erection of aesthetically pleasing temporary gazebos to provide shaded areas and enhance the tourist appeal of the promenade. CCTV Surveillance: Installation of CCTV cameras at strategic locations along the promenade to enhance security and ensure the safety of visitors.
