(Note: Cleaning materials should be supplied by the contractor and only cleaning chemicals will be supplied by the department free of cost). The Contractor has to submit list of labours proposed to be deployed for the work. All registers pertaining to the work shall be maintained by the Contractor and shall be produced to the department at any time during inspection of works. | 3 | Providing comprehensive cleaning, sanitization, disinfection and upkeep of designated toilet/washroom facilities including minimum Two routine cleaning cycles per day, frequent inspection and spot/touch-up cleaning of WCs, urinals, wash basins, taps, mirrors, fittings, partitions, doors, walls, floors, drains and floor traps. The work shall include scrubbing, mopping, disinfection, stain/scale removal, cleaning of drains and dustbins, polishing of stainless-steel/chrome fittings and odour control, along with periodic deep cleaning and descaling. The Supervisor shall ensure regular availability of liquid hand wash, toilet tissue, paper towels, air freshener/deodorizer, urinal cubes and other approved consumables. Wash basins shall be checked every 2 hours and taps, mirrors, dustbins, sanitary fixtures and consumables every 1 hours or as required.
