Bathymetry: A detailed bathymetric survey will be performed to map depth variation and generate an accurate contour model of the lakebed. This includes capturing terrain features, depression, elevated pockets, and any irregular formation that may influence sediment movement or object accumulation. The output will support overall understanding of the lake's underwater topography. Bathymetric Survey shall be carried out using an Autonomous Surface Vehicle (ASV) equipped with a *single-beam echo sounder operating at 115 kHz* and a *multi-constellation GNSS positioning system with sub-meter accuracy* for geo-referenced depth data acquisition. The survey shall be executed along pre-planned navigation lines to acquire continuous depth sounding across the reservoir, dam basin, intake zones, and other areas of interest. The acoustic system shall transmit sound pulses and record the return time from the reservoir bed to determine water depth, while the positioning system shall provide spatial coordinates for each depth measurement. The integrated dataset shall be used to generate accurate bathymetric profiles and underwater terrain information. Raw survey data shall undergo quality control, filtering, calibration, and depth correction to eliminate spurious readings and environmental noise. Processed bathymetric datasets shall be interpolated to generate depth contours, bathymetric maps, Digital Terrain Models (DTMs), three-dimensional terrain models, and reservoir floor profiles. The resulting outputs shall support reservoir capacity estimation, sedimentation assessment, underwater feature identification, and accurate mapping of submerged topography and hydraulic infrastructure. For Gavanem Dam | 1 | Each
Mhaisal/Panchwadi dam | 1 | Each
Chapoli dam | 1 | Each
Videography: High-definition videography will be carried out to document the lake's underwater environment, including the condition of submerged dam surfaces, upstream faces, hydraulic structures, reservoir bed, intake zones, and other underwater infrastructure. The survey will capture visual details of any deformation, erosion, biological growth, or unidentified underwater objects to support further assessment. The deployed underwater inspection platform shall be capable of performing comprehensive structural inspection of submerged hydraulic assets including intake towers, sluice structures, spillway components, galleries, conduits, gates, stilling basins, and other confined underwater structures. The system shall maintain stable operation under low-visibility (≤0.5 m), high-turbidity, and confined hydraulic environments while providing continuous real-time visual inspection, defect documentation, and precise maneuverability for detailed condition assessment. Deployment of a work-class remotely operated observation platform (ROV) suitable for submerged and confined hydraulic environments. Depth rating: ≥ 300 m (≈30 bar), with continuous operational endurance ≥ 12 hours on stable external power. Configuration: compact, hydrodynamically stable, neutrally buoyant for precise maneuvering in gallery/interface zones. Overall dimensions of the deployed ROV shall not exceed 55 cm × 60 cm × 45 cm (Length × Width × Height) to enable deployment through restricted access openings, intake structures, galleries, conduits, and other confined hydraulic environments without compromising maneuverability or inspection capability. Primary imaging system: Resolution: 4K UHD (≥ 3840 x 2160) Optical zoom: ≥ 20× true optical Sensor: low-light CMOS, high dynamic range Secondary imaging system: ≥ 12-13 MP wide-angle (≥ 120° FOV) OIS+ micro-gimbal stabilization (pan-tilt ≥±90°, 360° rotation) Illumination: ≥ 5000-6000 lumens LED, dimmable Color temperature: 5000-6500 K Video performance: Real-time feed with latency ≤200 ms Recording in high-bitrate H.264/H.265 or lossless formats, with time-stamped logging. The inspection system shall be capable of identifying, documenting, and recording structural defects including cracks, joint openings, seepage locations, corrosion, abrasion, cavitation damage, exposed reinforcement, deformation, biological growth, sediment accumulation, and other visible structural anomalies affecting submerged civil infrastructure. Tether: 400 m neutrally buoyant, Foam-reinforced Tensile strength ≥ 300 kg, integrated power + data (fiber/ethernet) Capability to detect and document cracks (~0.5 mm and above), joint openings, seepage patches. The inspection findings shall support engineering evaluation of the structural condition, serviceability, deterioration mechanisms, and maintenance requirements of submerged hydraulic infrastructure. For Mhaisal/Panchwadi dam | 1 | Each
Chapoli dam | 1 | Each
