| 1 | Supply ,installing ,testing and commissioning of energy efficient AC 3 phase 50 cycle per second 400 KVA capacity transformer copper wound ,step down, indoor type 11000/433 volts ( at on no load) confirming to IS 1180 (Part-I) level 3 ( as per latest energy level configuration level 3 now level 2 ), and BEE certified double wound oil immersed naturally cooled with internal cooling tubes delta connected on primary ( HV) side and star connected on secondary ( LV) side in accordance with vector symbol Dy-11 ( Vector group IV) with neutral brought on secondary ( LV ) side and having taping +/- 7.5% in step of 2.5% HV side to be varied by a manually operated “OFF LOAD” tap changing gear. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 45 °C in oil and 55 °C in HV & LV winding when measured by the resistance method after continuous full load run and in ambient temp of 40 °C . including first filling of oil, all fitting and accessories and mounting all as specified. Inside of tank shall be painted with varnish or liquid resistant paint. For external surfaces one coat of thermo setting powder paint or one coat of epoxy primer followed by two coats of polyurethane base paint shall be used. IS: 1180 (Part 3) shall be referred to for paint thickness for normal to medium corrosive atmosphere. For highly polluted atmosphere and special application external paint work shall be as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Design ambient condition : a) air temperature 50 0C, b) Relative Humidity 90 % Max, c) Seismic Zone as per location of site, d) Altitude of Pithoragarh site. Noise level Shall not exceed limits as per NEMA TR-1 with all accessories running measured as per IEC 551 / NEMA standard. The transformer shall be IS : 1180 (PART-I) : 2014 (Fourth Revision) with latest amendments BIS certified (ISI mark) level 3 energy level configuration complete with all standard accessories complete all as specified and as directed.The transformer should have QR code which should contain drawing, test report OEM manual, Geo- Tag of manufacturing location etc. Marking Each transformer shall be provided with rating plate made of anodized aluminium/ stainless steel material securely fixed on the outer body, easily accessible, as per IS: 1180 Part-3. The entries on the rating plate shall be indelibly marked. The frame shall const. of heavy rolled steel channels & pressed channels are sparingly used for cross members. The floor/Platform shall be of 6 mm thick steel sheets.The Trailer should have two axles of 63/50 square barand fitted with for wheels having pneumatic tyres. A rigid steel plate form along with four mudguard and supported on leaf spring suspension having 4 tonne capacity. A eyes hook is provided for coupling the trailer to the prime move vehicles stand 'T' reflector . |
