| 1 | Appointed consultant shall coordinate with PMRDA Engineers & Traffic Police officials for stakeholder feedback and attend the project kick-off meeting organized by PMRDA. Appointed consultant shall prepare an Inception Report to identify the project timeline, methodology, and provide an overall visualization of the project. Preparation of Detailed Cost Estimates: Appointed consultant shall prepare the detailed Cost estimate as per the SSR/ Rate List approved by the Client or PWD Maharashtra for getting Technical Sanction for the Project. Technical Survey: Conducting a detailed survey of the existing city, including all roads and streets, to prepare a working plan and survey for storm water network sewer network, Utility Duct, crossings, road furniture and wheel chair provision for footpath. DPR Preparation: Creating a complete DPR including reports, statements, and documents necessary for obtaining grants. This includes computer-typed reports and Auto-Cad style drawings. Detailed Estimates: Preparing detailed estimates for various street infrastructure facilities based on drawings provided by the Urban Designer. Bid Documentation: Preparing the bid documents required to fix the construction agency and getting them approved by the Corporation Allotment of contract: The Appointed consultant shall help in procedure to allot the work to the successful tenderer / bidder with a view to speed up commencement of the work. In this matter the decision of the Executive Engineer, PMRDA will be final. Supervision of the project: The Appointed consultant will supervise the project in coordination with PMRDA. Verification and Quality Control: Verifying that the work aligns with the sanctioned project and standard specifications through joint inspections Progress Reporting: Preparing monthly progress reports as required by the central government and attending follow-up meetings, including those in Mumbai, on behalf of the Corporation | ||
