Complete overhauling of OPU system complete in all respect. (i) Refilling of Nitrogen gas in the governor cylinder for emergency tripping. (ii) Replacement of governor oil filters (3 Nos. as per existing shape and size) (iii) Complete cleaning of sump tank and related pipe lines. l. Complete overhauling of braking system of machine along with Supply & fixing of new brake shoe & related accessories for smooth working order. m. Testing & Commissioning of the Unit. Then painting of all outside visible surface of machines and accessories with existing paint color in double coat after surface preparation. n. Complete overhauling of OPU system complete in all respect. (i). Refilling of Nitrogen gas in the governor cylinder for emergency tripping. (ii). Replacement of governor oil filters (3 Nos. as per existing shape & size) (iii). Complete cleaning of sump tank and related pipe lines. | 1 | Job |
| 2 | PART-B (ELECTRICAL PORTION) A Overhauling of stator of alternator 1 Checking the stator winding for presence of dust & oil. Clean dust by vacuum cleaner and a clean dry cloth. Use compressed air at 40 P.S.I. also If necessary. Remove oil traces if any, first by soft clolt and then wash by tri-chloro Ethylene. IR of the stator are to be measured. 2 warnishing of stator winding 3 Checking the neutral and main connection of the stator. 4 Tightening the stator core lamination bolts. 5 Checking the earthing of stator body. B Overhauling of Rotor of alternator 1 The winding of the Rotor poles is to be thoroughly cleaned with dry compressed air. Dry air can be made available by hot chamber attachment in the wolf blower. 2 Complete testing of the Rotor is to be done. 3 Wheel balancing of fly wheel with complete overhauling. 4 Checking of Electrical protection (i.e. Rotor Earth Fault, Over speed protection, Excitation failure). C Overhauling of AVR of machines 1 Cleaning of AVR panels by vacuum blower and cloth etc. 2 Tightening of loose wirings. 3 Servicing of relays. 4 Servicing/repairing of switches/contactors etc. 5 Servicing of all cards. D Overhauling of machine breaker 1 Servicing of all three 33 KV machine breaker of machines installed in the switch yard 2 Filling of SF6 Gas if needed (SF6 Gas will be provided by Nigam) 3 Cleaning and tightening of all HT connection of Breaker. 4 Overhauling of Isolators. 5 Cleaning and tightening of all Contactor's connections of Breaker. | 1 | Job |
