The brief description of preventive maintenance works described as given below: - i. Greasing, lubrication of all equipment. ii. Filtration/Dehydration of LOS & OPU oil regularly. iii. Filtration/Dehydration of Transformer oil. iv. Checking & maintaining oil level in LOS, OPU & Switchyard equipment. v. Inspection of Under water parts of turbine from D/T side after dismantling of expansion joint of Unit-I, II & III (twice in a year) vi.
