| 2 | (i) Feedback system of both HRPs shall be checked, serviced/repaired. Intermittent automatic Kort nozzle rotation during starting shall be rectified, including replacement of defective components as required. (ii) Safety control panels of both HRPs in the engine room shall be checked, repaired and tested to restore proper functioning, including checking of complete hydraulic system, hoses, wiring and connections. (iii) Complete servicing of the PORT HRP shall be carried out, including checking of wiring, gauges, sensors, relays, switches, control modules and indicators in the wheelhouse and engine room. Defective components shall be repaired/replaced. (iv) Supply of four (04) nos. HRP lifting wires, approximately 5 ft each, complete with suitable D-shackles. (v) Both Kort nozzles shall be lifted and inspected for nuts/bolts, vibration, anodes, supports and appendages. Necessary servicing/renewal shall be carried out as required, as directed by the EIC/Surveyor. | ||

| 5 | (i) Deck plating adjacent to the doors was found heavily pitted at eight (08) locations. In addition, the bathroom wall plating on both Port and Starboard sides was also found heavily pitted. The affected portions shall be cropped and renewed with plates of the existing thickness and size, including necessary gas cutting, welding, grinding, alignment, and finishing. After completion, the renewed portions shall be properly prepared and painted with one (01) coat of primer and two (02) coats of approved final paint. (ii) Any other steel renewal, cropping, gas cutting, welding, or allied fabrication work found necessary during the course of repair shall also be carried out as required, complete in all respects, as per the direction of the EIC/Surveyor. |
