The scope includes renewal of all worn-out seals, gland packing, gaskets, O-rings, and other sealing components as required.(iii)Necessary repairs to the pump casing, impeller, wear surfaces, and other damaged components shall be carried out by re-metalling, welding, plastic carbide coating, machining, metal build-up, or any other suitable method as required as per direction of EIC/ Surveyor. | ||

| 5 | (i) The grease pump and associated pipeline of the cutter ladder have been found non-operational and shall be inspected, repaired, and restored to satisfactory working condition. (ii)Greasing line shall be fabricated, supplied, and installed for the ladder pulley arrangement, including necessary pipes/tubes, fittings, connectors, nipples, couplers, clamps, and associated accessories. The complete greasing arrangement shall be properly aligned, secured, and commissioned to ensure smooth and adequate lubrication of the pulley system for satisfactory operation, complete in all respects. (iii) All grease lines, pipelines, and associated fittings shall be thoroughly inspected for blockage, leakage, wear, or damage. Necessary repairs/replacement including renewal of defective pipes, adaptors, nozzles, tubes, coupling nuts, connectors, screw sleeves, couplers, nipples, and other allied components shall be carried out as required to restore the complete greasing system to satisfactory operational condition, as required as per direction of EIC/ Surveyor. |
